Three divisions
Different cargo, one discipline.
A dried spice, a knitted garment and a pomegranate fail in completely different ways. Each division runs its own sourcing network, its own grading sheet and its own pre-shipment check, so nothing gets treated like general cargo.

Invoice, packing list, B/L, COO, phyto, fumigation, health certificate and LC-conforming wording, drafted for your customs regime rather than a generic template.
Packaging built for the leg
Jute, PP laminate, food-grade liners, vacuum bricks, 5-ply CFB, corner boards and heat-treated pallets, specified per product and per transit time.

Standard of work
We would rather lose the order than ship a doubtful lot.
Every consignment is checked against the contract specification before it is packed, not after it lands. Where a lot misses the grade, you hear it from us first, with the option to re-source, re-grade or cancel.
- Sample retained from every shipment for twelve months.
- Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek, arranged on request.
- Claim mechanism written into the sales contract, not negotiated after the fact.
